We are excited to announce the addition of Kevin Naylor as a dynamic industry veteran to the expanding APSI WiFi team.  Kevin grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana, his father worked for Burroughs Corporation and his promotions moved them across the North and South from Dallas, Detroit, and Cincinnati ending up in Atlanta.  He was graduated from Southern Baptist Christian High School in 1981 and attended two years at DeKalb Community College.  In 1983, he transitioned into the U.S. Navy where he spent six years on active duty.  Four years were aboard the USS Tattnall, a destroyer based out of Jacksonville, Florida, as a Data Systems Technician.  It was during this time that Kevin’s love for technology and computers flourished.  After the Navy, he spent a few years working for a semiconductor company in Silicon Valley, then headed back home to Indiana in 1992.  Over the next seven years, he worked for several computer companies and support vendors until 1999, when he was drafted by the Indiana Pacers to fill the role of Director of IT.  He spent the next nine years learning the ins and outs of arena management while increasing his IT knowledge.   In 2008, after his predecessor retired, he was promoted to VP of IT, where he has continued to support and drive the IT strategy for the Indiana Pacers, Indiana Fever, Pacers Sports & Entertainment and Bankers Life Fieldhouse.  Kevin is passionate about his beautiful wife Julie, his sons Kyle and Kevin, the piano, and his love for basketball. Kevin has now joined the APSI WiFi team as their Director of Sports Technology for North America, bringing with him his extensive background in IT and Sports and Entertainment.
